There was more than enough space and could have easily accommodated more people but we were very comfortable, each having our own room. One bedroom is downstairs (basement) but there is a spacious full bathroom there also which made it very convenient. Clean and uncluttered and the beds were comfortable. Yep large comfy couches in living room for hanging out and catching up. Location is great! We had a snowshoe race 20 minutes away at lake Moreau state park so this was an easy drive to there but the benefit of being so close to town in Saratoga. If it wasn’t winter and snow co reed, we would have enjoyed walking into town. Short two minute uber or drive to plenty of great restaurants and shops. Outdoor space looks lovely (deck/backyard) and we’d definitely come back when that can be enjoyed. Alan was a great communicator of a host!" (This con is very niche and doesn't make a difference for a majority of people who would stay) There were a few stink bugs, easy to deal with, but might be disgusting for some.
