Park Side Suite is a chic 2-bedroom apartment with views of 7th St Park & is located just a few steps off Warren St. Whether you're here for a quick weekend getaway or a long term stay, our place is ready for you. We have the house equipped with the highest grade internet, full tv package & all the home necessities you will need. Cook in our stocked kitchen, use the desk area to work from "home," make yourselves comfortable in our living room & sleep tight in our memory foam queen beds. Stays during Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day are three days minimum, Friday to Monday, at the weekend rate. Additional days on the front or back end of the trip are permitted and will be charged the standard rate for that day. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis and depending on the animal bread and size. Hudson, NY is a city and therefore you may hear things like cars and people outside. This rental is an apartment above a commercial space and below another two bedroom, while we advise everyone in the building to be respectful of each other’s quiet enjoyment please remember you are not in a secluded house in the middle of the woods. Please be prepared for nature during your stay and remember they’re more afraid of you than you are of them. -Power & Internet Outages: Outages can happen in this area due to weather or other factors. Because they are out of our control, we do not provide refunds for these interruptions, but we’ll do our best to help you work around them. -Weather: Rain, wind, snow and extreme heat and humidity are possible depending on the season. Please plan your travel accordingly, as we cannot refund missed stays due to weather conditions preventing travel. -Additional Guests & Occupancy Limits: The listed occupancy applies to your entire stay, not just overnight guests. Any extra guests or events must be approved in writing before arrival. Unapproved gatherings or over-occupancy will result in immediate removal without a refund. -Pools, Hot Tubs & Outdoor Amenities: These features may be seasonal. If your booking is at the beginning or end of the season and you’re concerned, check with us to confirm availability. -Mail & Packages: You may have mail or packages delivered during your stay, but please ensure they arrive while you are present and are clearly addressed with your name.
