Open kitchen living & dining complimented buy well appointed, midcentury decor, custom butcher block counters in the kitchen, hand laid tile in the bathroom & shower with bonuses like high vaulted ceilings, off street parking and a large, fenced in back yard. This apartment is on the second/top floor, just under a half mile to Broadway and 1 mile to the track. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. As our guest you will have access to The entire apartment, Two beds, a full bathroom with washer and dryer, full kitchen, 4 top dining table and living room. In addition to the apartment guests also have access to two (2) off street parking spots. Please park cars one in front of the other on the left side of the driveway. The right side spots are reserved for the upstairs tenant. There is a fenced in back yard great for pets, kids, and games. Guests will be able to use the wood burning firepit and chairs; wood is not provided but can be used if it is there. There is a 6 top outdoor dining table and grill. Sit back and relax on an outdoor sofa accompanied by a coffee table. This area is shared by both units so please be respectful of other guests. Please be prepared for nature during your stay and remember they’re more afraid of you than you are of them. -Power & Internet Outages: Outages can happen in this area due to weather or other factors. Because they are out of our control, we do not provide refunds for these interruptions, but we’ll do our best to help you work around them. -Weather: Rain, wind, snow and extreme heat and humidity are possible depending on the season. Please plan your travel accordingly, as we cannot refund missed stays due to weather conditions preventing travel. -Additional Guests & Occupancy Limits: The listed occupancy applies to your entire stay, not just overnight guests. Any extra guests or events must be approved in writing before arrival. Unapproved gatherings or over-occupancy will result in immediate removal without a refund. -Pools, Hot Tubs & Outdoor Amenities: These features may be seasonal.
