We value honesty and will work with you to find a fair resolution, whether the damage is minor or significant. -Wildlife: Our homes are often in rural areas, so you may encounter insects (bees, spiders, flies), small animals (squirrels, raccoons), and occasionally larger wildlife (deer, bears). Please be prepared for nature during your stay and remember they’re more afraid of you than you are of them. -Power & Internet Outages: Outages can happen in this area due to weather or other factors. Because they are out of our control, we do not provide refunds for these interruptions, but we’ll do our best to help you work around them. -Weather: Rain, wind, snow and extreme heat and humidity are possible depending on the season. Please plan your travel accordingly, as we cannot refund missed stays due to weather conditions preventing travel. -Additional Guests & Occupancy Limits: The listed occupancy applies to your entire stay, not just overnight guests.
